Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving sales initiatives and executing impactful marketing campaigns. Your role will involve:

Developing and Implementing Strategies: Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze competitors.

Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.

Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Key Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage.

Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
